Leadership Analysis

The five-day Leadership Analysis seminar is a self-directed investigation of individual traits and performance compared to world-class benchmarks of effective leadership. Using clinical assessments, you will identify assets and liabilities in leadership. You will optimize strengths, bridge gaps and develop individualized strategies for ongoing success.

Who Should Attend

The limited seminar size combines business leaders from around the country. Past participants have included presidents, vice presidents, directors, supervisors, managers, team leaders, engineers, controllers, accountants, lawyers, architects, sales representatives, consultants, superintendents, administrators and facilitators.

Workshop Focus

This seminar has helped thousands of participants improve their leadership skills by gaining a better understanding of themselves, of human behavior and interpersonal relationships and by learning how to apply this knowledge to a wide variety of leadership situations. In an accepting, nonjudgmental, nonthreatening environment, you will be encouraged and assisted in objective, valid, self-assessment. By identifying assets to build upon, liabilities to change and resources to be acquired, you will learn to value self and others, while creating a realistic, achievable growth plan.

Assessment: 360° Analysis for Peer Feedback

As part of the program, you will complete a 360° Analysis 4-6 weeks prior to the seminar, through which you will obtain an objective assessment of how you are perceived by others within your organization through anonymous feedback from five "Feedback Providers."
