Executive Coaching
Executive Coaching, a comprehensive, fast-paced study of leadership competencies, fine-tunes each individual's leadership performance and accelerates the development of an executive leadership team.
Executive Coaching is delivered by contract only in two versions:
- Executive Team Coaching exposes executives to the principles and practices of effective leadership. Executive Team Coaching ensures that all corporate leaders are "singing out of the same songbook" and focusing on the same vision.
- One-on-One Executive Coaching allows for a single executive to go through the entire session in an intensive, fast-paced development program. Owners, CEOs, COOs, presidents and vice presidents have found this version to be a viable method of keeping on the cutting edge of leadership.
Workshop Focus
Executive Coaching measures and assesses individual members of a key-level executive team. While the workshop focuses on individual executives, the net result of an executive team working through the process together accelerates building a dynamic executive leadership team. Executive Coaching addresses ten leadership practices, fourteen management competencies and a working knowledge of the Advanced Team System. Participants are equipped with a compelling overview of executive leadership. Additionally, these elements are used to forge an executive team leadership plan for ongoing organizational effectiveness.

Feedback Report & Resources
Participants receive:
- Leadership/Impact Report containing visual comparison, item-by-item, of feedback results. Raw data scores are measured against a world-class, best practice database. All scoring is conducted by a third-party computerized system to ensure absolute confidentiality.
- Management Effectiveness Profile System (MEPS) containing visual comparison, item-by-item, of "self" and "others." Raw data scores are measured against a world-class, best practice database.
- The Advanced Team System, the most effective and comprehensive current approach to teamwork, is the basis for the teamwork portion of the workshop. It is a user-friendly system designed to facilitate team synergy and deliver productive team results.
