Advanced Teamwork
Advanced Teamwork is an active and practical four-day workshop that advances insight, experience and skills to facilitate effective teams. Using the Advanced Team System, you learn usable, teachable, repeatable team processes that facilitate synergy in day-to-day applications.
Advanced Teamwork is delivered by contract only. When contracted, the training workshop is built around real corporate issues. Companies have found that the innovations and solutions coming from the workshop more than pay for the price of the training.
Participants are team leaders, facilitators, trainers and key-level leaders from a diverse field of business organizations and industry who are seeking more effective and productive team processes. Many organizations choose to send complete, intact teams. Open enrollment classes are conducted in teams of four to seven people.
We recommend (but don’t require) that participants first complete our flagship program, Leadership Analysis, to establish a comprehensive, baseline leadership assessment.

Advanced Teamwork is for those who are eager to see teamwork impact the bottom line. The Advanced Team System, the core of this workshop, is supported by take-home facilitators’ guides and participant workbooks. Learn both the art and science of facilitating synergy.
